Abstract is a software company with a knack for cybersecurity that develops B2B solutions across various industry verticals. Thanks to hard work and dedication over the years, we are growing and expanding our team.

Not to bother you too much with our past work, but we feel that it's fair to mention we’ve built some very cool software since we started in 2017.

Why do we need you?

Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver software solutions and coordinate with clients who have complex requirements. This role involves detailed resource planning, accurate estimation, and clear communication of project roadmaps. If you have a passion for delivering successful projects and a strong background in managing software implementations, we’d love to have you on board.

What would you do?

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop resource plans and project estimations to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
• Define project scope and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to align on goals and ensure technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project roadmaps, clearly communicating timelines and milestones to both clients and internal teams.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets, using effective verification techniques to ensure projects stay on track.
• Use project management tools to monitor and measure project performance, providing insights and updates regularly.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and the needs of the project to optimize productivity.
• Meet budgetary objectives, making adjustments to project plans and constraints based on financial analysis as needed.

What about your skills?

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in managing and delivering software projects, with strong skills in resource planning and estimation.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients, ensuring clear communication of project roadmaps and timelines.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and clients.
• Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and inspire project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What would be the bonus?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira for effective resource planning and tracking.
• Hands-on experience in developing or implementing ERP, CRM, RIMS, or BPM systems, showcasing your ability to manage complex software implementations.
