Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Project manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all coordination activities with cross-functional teams in R&D environment, ensuring continuous support of application lifecycle management tools
• Participate and coordinate user requirements workshops and conversion into system requirements with a preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the project scope
• Creation of the proper roadmap to access different priorities and to align with our technical team priorities and with management to align.
• Create project plans to deliver the agreed scope with the project team assigned
• Work closely with customer project lead and entire project team to ensure that all deliverables are delivered successfully and on time
• Follow up, and escalate gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project
• Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to overcome challenges in creative and practical way
• Reach out, listen to the clients and distill project needs, iterating quickly and with a variety of formal/agile methods
• Develop both internal and external project roadmaps, incorporating different aspects and strategies
• Track and forecast all dependent aspects such as time invested, finances, etc.
• Produce high quality documentation and plans
• Generate client value proposition, organize meetings, deliver presentations and develop and maintain client relationships

About you

• 4 or more years’ experience in an international client facing roles managing complex projects, particularly in a technical or R&D environment
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with risk management frameworks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
• Expertise in managing project changes (scope, time, cost) while keeping teams aligned with project goals.
• Experience in setting up project documentation, governance frameworks, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English

It would be a plus to have

• Familiarity with database systems and application lifecycle management tools
• Familiarity with DevOps principles
• Previous experience managing projects in a platform engineering or software infrastructure context
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Exposure to tools such as GitHub Actions, Nexus, and Gerrit
• French knowledge
