Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Belgrade (Contract, Hybrid) to lead and manage projects within Global organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This role requires expertise in project management best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles within IT, Financial Services
• Having Proven experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Having Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Lead and provide direction to project teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks to meet strategic objectives.
• Establish and enforce project management best practices, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with multi-departmental leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute projects.
• Ensure seamless planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Provide executive management with project progress reports, forecasts, and resource planning insights.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, ensuring project goals are met within defined quality, cost, and time constraints.
• Address project-related risks, conflicts, and roadblocks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
• approaches.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PlanView) for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with products and services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
