Python Automation Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Engineer with expertise in automating tasks using Selenium, OpenCV, and PyAutoGUI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience in developing automated solutions for web, desktop, and image-based tasks. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and create scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts for Python-based automation solutions for healthcare RCM applications with Selenium, OpenCV, and PyAutoGUI.

Automate web-based tasks, including web scraping, form submissions, and browser testing using Selenium.

Implement image recognition and processing solutions using OpenCV to automate visual tasks.

Utilize PyAutoGUI to automate GUI-based workflows for desktop applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize manual processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation of RCM processes, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Optimize existing processes and develop new features to improve the RCM automation systems.
Requirements
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on healthcare automation.

In-depth experience with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other relevant data exchange standards.

Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.

Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software.
