Quality Assurance Engineer
You will:
- Work as part of the team working on this complex cross channel e-commerce solution, which emphasizes the importance of performance optimization and being in touch with its various parts
- Be involved in test planning (task analyzing, documentation reading, communication with the customer and developers, sprint planning and task estimation, preparing test cases)
- Perform manual testing of the tasks implemented by the developers (functional, integration, acceptance testing)
- Report bugs on bug tracking tool (Jira)
- Run the Selenium tests (existing once) and if necessary updating and creating new one
- Perform the load and performance testing (JMeter)
You have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in testing positions
- Good understanding of both QA and software development life cycles
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Experience with testing tools: Selenium or some other functional testing tool will be considered as a plus
- Experience with performance testing: JMeter, Gatling or some other performance testing tool will be considered as a plus
- Customer focus
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work well within teams
- Ability to set realistic schedules and manage on-time completion of tasks
- Good spoken and written English skills
