FIS is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Belgrade for a fixed-term position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global leader in financial services technology, alongside with passionate, easygoing and dedicated Recruiters. We are looking for a colleague who will help us deliver marvelous candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
What you will be doing:
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Business to schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews
- Provide fantastic experience for candidates throughout the interview process
- Build collaborative relationships with key Business and Recruitment contacts
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Act as liaison between Recruiter and Background Coordinator on new hire background checks
- Assist with various reports preparation
- Ad hoc activities – organization of different events, Job fairs and similar
What you bring:
- Over 3 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment department.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, social studies, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, ensuring records are maintained accurately and promptly.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
