We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the IT and Gaming industries
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new business opportunities
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including directors, HR managers, CTOs, and hiring managers
  • Relationship: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Presentation & Proposal: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase BPS Tech’s unique value
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and finance teams to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and tech recruitment best practices, to position BPS Tech as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Brand Representation: Represent BPS Tech at industry events to expand professional networks and generate leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales within HR and agency models
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to ever-evolving market conditions
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
