We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the IT and Gaming industries
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new business opportunities
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including directors, HR managers, CTOs, and hiring managers
- Relationship: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Presentation & Proposal: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase BPS Tech’s unique value
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and finance teams to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and tech recruitment best practices, to position BPS Tech as a trusted advisor to clients
- Brand Representation: Represent BPS Tech at industry events to expand professional networks and generate leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales within HR and agency models
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to ever-evolving market conditions
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
