This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who know how to open doors, build trust at senior levels, and close meaningful deals.
We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell complex services, values long-term client relationships, and is motivated by a performance-based model with strong earning potential.

Our work spans industries such as banking, insurance, logistics, event management, travel and hospitality, where we partner closely with clients to understand their business and deliver real value through technology.
We are looking for a part-time Sales Representative with a consultative approach—someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client challenges, and guiding them toward the right solution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and connecting with potential clients (B2B)
- Leading discovery conversations to understand client needs and business context
- Presenting Sipod’s services and solutions in a thoughtful, tailored way
- Building trust-based, long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with our technical team to shape solutions and proposals
- Supporting the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closing
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales in IT/software services
- Strong communication skills and confidence in English
- A consultative, relationship-driven mindset (focused on understanding before selling)
- Ability to translate business needs into meaningful solutions
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a flexible, part-time role
Nice to have:
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Existing network of potential clients
- Basic understanding of modern technologies (web/mobile, cloud, AI)
