We are looking for:

Salesforce Administrator

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration, automation, and day-to-day support of the Salesforce environment. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build flows, and deliver the reports that keep teams running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce environment on a daily basis.
• Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, permissions, page layouts, automation).
• Build and maintain flows to automate business processes.
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards for various teams.
• Provide first- and second-line support to end users.
• Test new configurations, releases, and features before deployment.
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation.
• Monitor data quality, security, and system performance.

About you

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Hands-on experience building flows and automations
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing data
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and structure business requirements
• Comfortable delivering training and support to non-technical users
• Good communication skills, able to work directly with business stakeholders
• Solid technical background, understanding of integrations and SQL
• Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, product offerings, best practices
• Proficient in written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I)
• Development background
• Agentforce customization experience
• Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) experience
• Life Science Cloud or Manufacturing Cloud
• German language knowledge
