Combined Ratio Solutions is an American company with multiple offices worldwide, engaged in the development of products for insurance companies. Our customers are large international companies, leaders in the insurance industry. We are looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Independently apply Agile practices across multiple teams, using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies. Efforts may include limiting work in progress, managing work flow, hosting and guiding daily stand ups, sprint planning, short, mid, and long-term planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings.
Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching the Scrum team to follow Agile best practices.
Support Agile teams that have various levels of agile maturity; actively working to upskill those teams in agile practices and increases their overall agile maturity.
Ensure that the team operates smoothly by removing impediments and blockers, anticipating challenges, identifying risks and recommending mitigations and solutions.
Partner with key team members and customers (i.e. Product Owner, Team Lead, Project Manager) in backlog prioritization as well as tracking and reporting metrics, providing visibility to the team and stakeholders, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Support the team in achieving high performance by fostering a collaborative and self-organizing work environment.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliverables.
Ensure Agile principles and values are understood and adopted across the organization.

Skills Required:

Undergraduate student or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a nice-to-have qualification.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage independently in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.

Working hours - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CET.
