Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our Mobile software development team.

As a scrum master, you are responsible for the delivery. Requiring an excellent understanding of Agile Scrum, you will be in charge to ensure the success of the sprint progress. Strong of your coaching ability, you will remove impediments and help each time to grow as an individual. Your responsibilities will extend to facilitate the scrum ceremonies and implement the right key performance indicators and reporting to help the team progress. 

In addition, you have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills to help the team overcome the dependencies to ensure a smooth delivery. 

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsible for team delivery.
• Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team. 
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Responsible for removing the impediments for the scrum team. 
• Strong stakeholders skill to manage dependencies within the organization
• Support the Product owner 
• Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting. Acts as a safeguard for his team.
• Provide regular update and reports on team performance

• At least a bachelor’s degree. Experience as an agile scrum master or facilitator in an agile organization (at least 4 years).
