The Security Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the corporate WAN, MAN, LAN and servers` architecture. As an expert s/he is responsible for implementation, development and maintenance of Network and Security hardware and software, enforcing the Network and Security policy and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.
Within the Network Security Platform team, the Security Engineer ensures the consistency and evolution of the elements of the Network and Security global infrastructure and the technologies used. S/he provides support to the platform owner and ensures a 360° communication with L2, L1, projects and field team stakeholders.
The Belgrade Shared Services Center is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position: Security Engineer

MAIN TASKS
- Contributes to the design and strategy of global Network Security to provide reliable and secure access to information systems and applications and brings innovative solutions to meet the needs
- Contributes to the definition and implementation of Network Security services
- Ensures the evolution and optimization of the tools in use as well as the Network Security service reliability, availability and security
- Manages internal and external firewall services in close collaboration with our external partners
- Manages anti-spam, SMTP gateway and related services along with the next generation anti-virus solutions deployed on any type of endpoints
- Manages and supports Public Key Infrastructure and Encryption along with DNS, DHCP, Remote Access/VPN services
- Adapts tools and processes for new project needs as well as existing documentation for operational requirements
- Resolves related problems and participates in other problems resolution when expertise needed
- Ensures Network Security 3rd level of support
- Fully understands and communicates ICRC Network Security best practices and transfers knowledge and supports systems and applications support and operations teams
- Anticipates needs and provides orientation on the Network Security technologies used by ICRC
- Provides reports on Network Security tools usage upon request
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Information Technology Engineer degree (or equivalent) along with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the ICT field, more than 3 years in WAN/LAN networks and perimeter security
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with network protocols and Network Security best practices
- Good knowledge of Windows environments: PKI, AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS
- Good understanding of the complex architecture of 3-tier web platforms
- Knowledge of security and network management of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of load balancers / Web Application Firewall solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Identity Access Management concepts
- Demonstrated rigor on analysis and meticulous interventions on all network security issues are a must
- Excellent ability to work in a team, under pressure and in a complex and multinational environment
- Open-minded, appreciative of novelty and intuition in finding a solution to the various problems that arise

- Knowledge of Next Generation Firewalls
- Knowledge of Next Generation Antimalware solutions (EDR, EPP)
- Knowledge of the WAN Acceleration & SD-WAN
- Knowledge of cloud-ready application and automation tools
- Knowledge of the French language (written and spoken)
