Key Responsibilities

Creating promotional videos for mobile games
Optimization of the 2D pipeline for creating mobile game commercials
A community with an art director and marketing creatives directors for the implementation of creative projects
Mentoring and creating learning guides for 2D Motion Designers, including combining 2D and 3D graphics.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Confident command of 2D/3D programs (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Blender or other 3D programs)
Experience working with Newton and particular plugins
Ability to combine 2D and 3D graphics, integrating 3D animations into 2D creatives
Character animation skills in 2D using DUIK and in 3D using Mixamo, including rig setup and skeleton creation
Experience working with rigid body simulations
Ability to set up textures, UV unwrapping, and texture painting
Knowledge of the principles of 2D animation, understanding the tempo of the video, understanding the principles of motion design and installation
A portfolio with examples of completed works
Modeling experience and working with Spine (will be a plus)
The use of neural networks to automate and optimize the production of creatives (will be a plus)
