We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Molecular Biology to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and possess a deep understanding of sequencing principles and bioinformatic tools. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes and enhance business operations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex biological data sets to provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and maintain analytical models to support decision-making processes
- Transform NGS data formats for comprehensive analysis
- Read and interpret bioinformatic tool documentation to understand main principles and tool purposes
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts on the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Degree in Biology or significant experience in Molecular Biology
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking capabilities
- Competency in translating complex data into understandable models
- Understanding of sequencing principles including Sanger and various NGS technologies
- Knowledge of NGS data formats
- Familiarity with bioinformatic tools and their uses
