The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing team focused on designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated cloud infrastructure and deployment automation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of infrastructure strategy, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence across enterprise-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes
- Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Collaborate with our development teams to ensure efficient integration and delivery of software solutions
- Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Design and operate monitoring, logging and alerting systems
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Drive continuous improvement in operational practices and DevOps methodologies
- Provide support during incidents and contribute to post-incident analysis and remediation
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
- Understanding of security best practices
- Fluency in English
