Job Summary
We are looking for Senior Full Stack Developer (JavaScript), a passionate individual eager to build something big from the ground up, full of motivation and hungry to impact the future of cyber security. You will design and build a user-friendly, scalable, and secure platform in collaboration with a cross-functional team to redefine the cyber security landscape and meet the core needs of Milestone’s customers.

Responsibilites:
- Design and develop both the backend and frontend of the application
- Design, develop, and deploy the platform from scratch, including key features such as automatic service-templates generation, advanced project collaboration tools, dashboard interface, and proactive feedback analyzer
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and frameworks for the development team
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead the development of core features and set the foundation for scalability
- Mentor and guide other developers as the team grows
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security
- Work with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate testing
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with building SaaS platforms on Firebase
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
- 5+ years of front-end development experience with React
- Ability and a strong desire to work in a startup
- Proficiency in building APIs that follow common methodologies like REST and HTTP standards
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of database design and management, with experience in technologies like MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch or similar technologies
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering value and an excellent user experience
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Next.js and MERN stack
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security best practices
