Job Summary
We're looking for a senior-level Front-End Focused Full Stack Engineer to help build our cutting-edge front-end infrastructure, next-gen library and dashboard. As a founding team member, you'll work closely with our CTO on high-impact, scalable projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems for our projects with a strong emphasis on front-end (80% frontend, 20% backend)
- Research & Innovation: Contribute to ongoing research of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve our product and engineering practices.
- Open Source Contributions: Actively contribute to our open-source projects and engage with the community.
- UI/UX Development: Build and maintain a flexible, high-performance UI library with a strong focus on user experience.
- SaaS Dashboard: Develop rich, interactive, and data-driven dashboards with advanced features and capabilities for a seamless user experience
- Data Engineering: Work with MongoDB and AWS Big Data tools to manage and optimize data workflows and storage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of the tech stack and alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with deep expertise and fundamental understanding of front-end technologies.
- Strong expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, and native JavaScript.
- Back-end proficiency in Node.js, MongoDB, AWS (including services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.), and experience with cloud architecture and big data solutions.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and maintainable web applications.
- Deep understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, responsive design, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Bonus points for:
- Experience contributing to open-source projects
- Experience with additional front-end frameworks like Angular or Svelte.
