Hyperoptic is the UK's hyperfast broadband network. Founded in 2011 to shake up the UK broadband market, we're leading the way in full fibre technology. With hyperfast speeds 12x faster than the UK average, we're changing the way people are experiencing broadband.
We established Hyperoptic's Belgrade office in 2013, starting with only 20 Developers to support the business. As of today we are 400 people and growing superfast - once a small start-up has become a success story in Belgrade, with over 1300 employees globally.
Due to continuous expansion Hyperoptic are hiring for a Senior Manager-Location Intelligence who goes beyond the expected. We believe in working smarter together, whilst our teams stay focused and people passionately strive for excellence. Does this sound like you?
What will you be doing?
- Partner with stakeholders to create tools, spatial data integration, spatial data analysis and reporting to support wide range of business decisions: from strategic and long-term to operational.
- Responsible for System architecture to meet Company requirements and performance requirements.
- Integrating data from various Systems (internal, external, mobile app, OSS…) and running complex analytics to create location-enabled business intelligence
- Responsible for demand management across team, ensuring resources are utilised to their maximum ability and are accurately attributed to the deliverables needed by the Hyperoptic divisions.
- Developing team members: create training plans and knowledge sharing opportunities to support team members in their personal development and conducting their annual appraisals and remuneration reviews.
What are we looking for?
- DB development experience
- Experience in GIS would be desirable
- Proven experience of defining and implementing data strategy and governance
- Understanding value levers and be able to translate KPIs to business activity
- Managing expectations of Stakeholders and team members: creating road map, following progress, addressing blockers and issues
- Strong leadership skills to be able to lead the business through change
