Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Senior Power BI Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join our Business intelligence team!

If you are passionate about transforming raw data into compelling stories and actionable insights and you thrive on solving complex data challenges and driving business decisions with Power BI, you are in the right place.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and optimizing cutting-edge Power BI solutions, working with large datasets, and shaping the future of data visualization in our organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage best practices, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Works on the implementation and maintenance of reporting software solutions
• Works on designing, developing, and maintaining reports, including data source integration, data models, visualizations, and KPIs
• Regularly monitors the performance of analytics and reporting systems, identifies system issues, analyzes root causes, and resolves problems in system operations
• Regularly monitors the performance of analytics and reporting systems, optimizing and maintaining optimal system performance
• Implements analytics and reporting solutions for the client in accordance with agreed deadlines and quality standards
• Participates in direct daily communication with clients, gathering, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, and providing solution proposals
• Provides client support for the successful realization of the project
• Translates client business requirements into technical solutions in the domain of analytics and reporting
• Writes and maintains project and product documentation (functional specifications, technical specifications, work procedures, etc.)
• Collaborates with the internal development team on a daily basis, and as needed, with other teams to ensure successful project realization
• Continuously improves and keeps up with trends in the field of analytics and reporting solutions and applies them in daily work
• Responsible for mentoring and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues in the team

About you

• 4+ years in the same or similar positions
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the Power BI tool
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of SQL concepts and relational databases
• Excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in MS Office suite and/or related Google Workspace applications
• Proficient in written and spoken English
