We are looking for an experienced remote Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development of RPA solutions for logistics and transportation domain. This position offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and grow.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Serbia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of RPA solutions for logistics and transportation domains
- Develop and review SDD according to industry best practices and standards
- Align architecture, business, and IT requirements with business owners and stakeholders
- Propagate engineering excellence and develop code standards
- Create RPA development standards and ensure the quality of delivered code
- Identify and highlight RPA-related service risks
- Coordinate with DM and PM regarding RPA services inter-dependencies
- Conduct technical investigations and demos
- Mentor and provide guidance to the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Certification as an Advanced or Master RPA Professional in Automation Anywhere
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot Development
- Programming skills in .NET Framework (C#, VB)
- Proficiency in Java
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with Oracle SQL, MS SQL
- Experience in expanding out-of-the-box functionality for Automation Anywhere using .NET and Java
- Ability to develop custom packages to enhance existing functionality of the platform (Automation Anywhere A360)
- Strong understanding of architecture, business, and IT requirements alignment with business owners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to propagate engineering excellence and develop code standards
- Experience in creating RPA development standards and ensuring the quality of delivered code
- B2+ English level proficiency

Radnik u ovoj kompaniji se ne poštuje, gleda se kao broj i kao freelancer koji mora sam da nađe projekat (ukoliko je na benchu ili želi da pređe na drugi projekat). Povišice se jako teško dobijaju, mora da se položi assesment kako bi prešao u sledeći nivo, a ni tad nije sigurno da će se ista dobiti. Svi procesi su jako spori, puno birokratije.
