About the team
The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have the logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT Business Units. In addition, we offer service to the PT Business Units to create synergies.
Our worldwide standardized Supply Chain Processes are mapped in a SAP R/3 solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be further rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams we are looking for SAP In-house Consultants in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Job Description
► You'll support definition and implementation of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of Quality Management
► You'll drive implementation of quality process landscape in production plant and trade warehouse (Focus: in the area of Quality Inspection and Quality Complaint)
► You'll collect requirements from Power Tools plants/warehouses and shared functions and represent PT requirements on RB level (CPT) and PT level (PT-Core)
► You'll test of business solutions to ensure a stable go live
► You'll train and coach to enable user departments on how to apply standard processes
► You'll support definition and implementation of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of Quality Management
► You'll monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
► You'll have intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Quality Management and skills in Warehouse operation EWM / WM
► Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry
► Business experience in operative supply chain for logistics and productions with focus on quality processes
► Advanced knowledge in the material flow of and warehouse and production plant operation
► Knowledge in SAP ERP QM (R3/S4HANA), experience in IT implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
► Experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
► Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders.
► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
► Good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
► Ready to work in an international environment and travel regularly national and international for several days
