Senior UX/UI Analyst

Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, Senior UX/UI Analyst Designer to join us on the exciting journey of our Design for product and sales journeys Chapter.
Senior UX/UI Analyst will work on design and optimization of our sales ordering applications used by our sales agents. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, user-centred design skills, and the ability to navigate complex IT ecosystems. You will play a key role in ensuring our tools are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to meet the needs of our internal colleagues while aligning with the business objectives.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about bridging the gap between technology and user experience, with a keen eye for detail and a strong technical foundation. Join us in shaping the future of our sales ordering applications.

Responsibilities

1. User Experience Design

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for sales ordering applications.
• Map end-to-end user flows, ensuring they are seamless, cohesive, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions to enhance usability.
• Ensure UI designs adhere to the Design System guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliveries.
• Conduct usability testing and iterative design improvements.

2. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product owners, business analyst, tech lead, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and the squad, ensuring seamless communication of requirements and solutions.

3. Technical Expertise

• Analyse and understand the complexities of legacy IT systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility within technical constraints.
• Provide guidance on integrating modern UX practices into existing tools and ensuring compliancy with our Design System.

4. Project Leadership

• Lead UX & UI initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organization.
• Act as a mentor/ role model for our UX/UI Guild.

Your Profile

• You have minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for internal applications.
• You have experience working with legacy IT systems in enterprise environments.
• Ideally, you have previous experience as a developer, with a deep understanding of IT systems and architectures.
• Ideally, you have background in designing for internal business applications or tools.
• You are familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• You are user-centric mindset with proven track on usability and intuitive screens improvement.
• You have proven ability to deconstruct complex systems, identify user pain points and simplify user flows.
• You have proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• You have experience with prototyping and user testing tools.
• Your knowledge of analytics applications such as Splunk is a plus.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• You have strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• You are team player and collaborative.
• You have excellent communication in English (written and spoken and French or Dutch is a plus.
