DragonMedia.io has supported and provided services to our key iGaming clients since 2018. Since then, they have seen significant growth and exposure and are looking for a talented games producer to support this growth. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, engaging slot games that captivate players and meet market demands. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to oversee the entire production process.
Role Overview:
As a Slot Game Producer, you will manage the production of our slot games from concept to release. You’ll work with a talented team of designers, developers, and artists to ensure that each game delivers an exceptional player experience. This role is primarily remote, but hybrid work arrangements can be made if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of online slot games, ensuring they meet creative and technical expectations.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to brainstorm and develop innovative game concepts and features.
- Manage the production pipeline, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Drive the creative direction of each game, ensuring it aligns with market trends and player preferences while pushing boundaries where possible.
- Work with internal teams to ensure visual assets, game mechanics, and user interfaces are seamlessly integrated into the final product.
- Provide feedback and direction on game features, visuals, and audio to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure that our games remain competitive and innovative.
- Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges or changes in scope.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a slot game producer or in a similar role in the iGaming or gaming industry.
- A strong understanding of slot game mechanics, user engagement, and industry trends would be advantageous.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance creative and technical requirements.
- Creative mindset with the ability to push the boundaries of traditional slot game designs while adhering to market needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
