We are currently seeking a Solution Architect II to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will be part of a team working on “Intelligent Automation” based products and services, collaborating closely with IA practice heads from different locations and customers. As the leader for solutions, you will drive best practices to enhance processes, standards, and practices around Intelligent Automation solutions design, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Drive best practices to improve processes, standards, and practices around Intelligent Automation solutions design, quality, and performance using RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prizm, etc
- Provide high-level effort estimate and solution design for a given business process
- Lead a team of 4-6 persons and take ownership of end-to-end delivery for the team
- Develop high-level project schedules and resource plans for implementation
- Guide the team to perform tasks by ensuring reusability, maintainability, and scalability
- Coordinate with the business team on progress to close any gaps in the requirements
- Interface with clients to resolve team issues and handle escalations
- Translate business tasks into requirements and drive the team to adopt best practices around coding, design quality, and performance

- Adapt to the client’s work culture and come up with ideas and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry with development experience in Object-Oriented languages like .NET/Java
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect
- Strong background in microservices design and implementation
- Proven knowledge of cloud technologies and migration strategies, experience in building cloud-native solutions
- Experience with BPM systems or frameworks, with specific knowledge of Camunda specifics
- Strong SQL knowledge on any RDBMS platform and debugging skills
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, JSON, and understanding of RESTful API
- Deep expertise in solution architecture, including designing and architecting microservices-based solutions, web application architectures, web services architectures, and data storage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interface with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven, and proactive
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Expertise in building GraphQL APIs
- Deep knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
- Experience with LLMs and Machine Learning
- Infrastructure knowledge, including different compute, storage, and network options
