Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Support Engineer

Use this opportunity to become a part of an ambitious team driven to implement and support complex Collaboration solutions. As a member of our team you will have the chance to engage in all of the key phases of Atlassian solutions development and support from front-end to back-end system configuration and the finalization of projects (Installation, configuration, project creation, support, user management, consulting).

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for monitoring the Support dashboard and delegating work tasks according to established procedures
• Jira and Confluence application administration and support
• Jira and Confluence server administration and maintenance
• User management, troubleshooting on end-user level
• Testing of services, plugins and other custom changes
• Maintaining Jira/Wiki documentation
• Independent management of incident situations on Jira and Confluence systems
• Taking on the role of Jira and Confluence consultant for clients

About you

• You have at least 2 years working experience in IT support/System administration
• Your English is on advanced level or higher – written and spoken

It would be a plus to have

• History in Atlassian solutions, administration/support (JIRA, Confluence,)
• Knowledge in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Suse, etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft365 products (especially SharePoint)
• Scripting languages: JS, Bash, PowerShell
• Knowledge of programming languages: Java, C#
