Position Title: System Administrator

Position Summary:
The System Administrator will assist in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our company's IT systems and networks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties of the position include the following, and other duties may be assigned:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the availability and reliability of IT resources.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Assist in user account management, including account creation, modification, and deletion.
- Perform routine backups and data recovery operations.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and IT inventory.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist in ensuring system security and implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to IT emergencies as needed.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not required). 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Basic understanding of virtualization technologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Language Ability:
Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users. Able to understand and interpret technical documents and effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Math Ability:
Strong basic math skills, including the ability to work with data, metrics, and performance calculations. Familiarity with mathematical concepts related to network configuration, system performance metrics, and storage management.

U srpskom timu ima pojedinaca i zaista divnih ljudi koji su uvek spremni da pomognu, kolegijalni su i odlični za saradnju i druženje. Može se reći da je to jedina pozitivna strana rada u ovoj kompanji.
Zamerke
Kao i na drugim platformama, i ovde ima nekoliko lažnih review-ova, pa ostavljam svoj da bi ljudi imali realniju sliku o ovoj kompaniji. Menadžment je izuzetno loš. Indijski tim, koji vodi kompaniju, ima nestručne ljude na ključnim pozicijama, a 90% njih gotovo ništa ne radi. Taskovi koji mogu da se urade u normalnom vremenskom periodu se ignorišu i gomilaju, gde kasnije sve spadne na srpski tim da rešava. Napredak je moguć samo ako impresionirate ljude na visokim pozicijama, a trud i rad se ne vrednuju iako se rezultati svakog zaposlenog lako mogu proveriti. Zapošljavaju vas za stalno, ali to ništa ne znači jer ljudi su već dobijali otkaze bez najave u jednom danu, mnogi čak polako i napuštaju sami. Svi benefiti su ukinuti. Više nema rada od kuće, sick day-a, godišnjih povišica, ketering je lošeg kvaliteta zbog kojeg ljudi imaju problema, uvodi se praćenje rada na računarima, itd. Neki članovi srpskog tima mogu delovati kao da su na vašoj strani ali zapravo podržavaju interese Indije. Promoviše se nekakva joga u jednom od skorašnjih review-ova, lažna priča s obzirom da o fit passu možete samo da sanjate. Team building vam je proslava Nove godine. Plate generalno male u odnosu na ostale IT kompanije. Sve u svemu jedna jako loša atmosfera. Pokušavaju pronaći „rupe u zakonu” da bi od Srbije napravili Indiju. Jednom rečju robovlasništvo.
