Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organizes and coordinates user support activities
• Coordinates IT systems implementation with internal team and vendors
• Analysis of efficiency during the postoperative period
• Performs other duties and activities based on the superior’s requests and instructions
• Perform additional duties and activities as requested by the First Line Manager or CTO

Academic Background:

• Computer Science, Informatics, or Electronics School

Specialized Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of IT hardware (PCs, mobile devices, and networking equipment)
• Basic knowledge of software technologies
• Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and judgment abilities
• Proficiency in English

Professional Experience:

• Experience with technical support to end users on a variety of Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11) and Microsoft 365
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Experience with installing and configuring new hardware (PCs and mobile devices) and software
• Experience with training and support on new applications and technologies
• Maintaining and updating computer equipment inventory
