We are looking for System Analyst to join our Core Stream.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business and technical requirements (including functional and non-functional requirements);
- Analysis of the current implementation to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
- Implementation and maintaining documentation up to date;
- Setting and specification of tasks for development teams (for large projects);
- Clarification of requirements during the development process;
- Communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment;
- Participation in the construction of architecture and interaction schemes;
- Assistance in developing test cases and A/B experiments.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
- Strong communication skills;
- Process decomposition skills and writing technical specifications;
- Knowledge of relational database features, familiarity with non-relational databases;
- Experience with gRPC and Google Pub/Sub protocols or REST/SOAP protocols;
- Experience with message brokers RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub;
- Knowledge of process description notations (UML/BPMN);
- Ability to read and understand code.
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience in FinTech products;
- Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of any programming language.
