About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building our Serbia-based team from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in driving our expansion in the region. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for developers and other technical roles, build a strong local talent pipeline, and strengthen our employer brand within the Serbian IT market.
You will work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, receiving full support and onboarding into our recruitment processes and business operations. Together, you will play a key role in establishing our product development office in Serbia, building a strong local team and attracting top technical talent. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth as our presence in Serbia continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in Serbia.
· Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the Serbian IT market.
· Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive the decision-making process from initial contact to offer stage.
· Monitor local market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to support effective hiring decisions.
· Support and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring experience for new team members.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring developers and other technical professionals.
· Excellent knowledge of the Serbian IT market, including talent pools, compensation benchmarks, sourcing channels, and key competitors.
· Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, niche tech communities, referral networks, and local job boards.
· English (at least B2), Serbian (at least B2), Ukrainian or Russian - fluently.
· Based in Belgrade and willing to work fully on-site.
· Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
