- Providing top-notch technical support to our internal users, ensuring efficient and seamless daily operations.
- Maintaining and updating our IT systems to ensure high security and performance.
- Collaborating closely with our development teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Creating technical documentation and guides for users to promote self-service and efficiency.
- Monitoring system health and proactively addressing potential issues.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a strong technical background with solid experience in hosting.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and can quickly diagnose and address IT-related issues.
- Is service-oriented with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Has experience working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Is independent but also a team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Understands network infrastructure and cloud-based services well.
