Technical Product Owner

This position plays one of the important roles for the growth and success of our company. Ideally, you will be based in Belgrade, but we also encourage suitable candidates from other localities to apply.

What You will do:

• Develop a strong understanding of our domain, products, and the value they deliver to our customers.
• Define and document Epics, Stories, and Enhancements to be implemented by the Development team.
• Prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog, balancing strategic goals, customer needs, and technical considerations.
• Act as the product expert within the Development team, ensuring clear understanding of functionality and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Product team to define new products and enhance existing ones.
• Propose products’ enhancements and innovative ideas that expand market reach and elevate the customer experience.

What You should bring:

• 3+ years working on technology-powered products as either a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, Business Analyst, QA Tester or similar.
• Ability to present and engage with customers and internal teams in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to the problems with many constraints.
• Strong (English) written and oral communication skills.
