Technical Project Manager for Booming Video Ad Platform
(Remote - Eastern Europe)

Bambassadors, one of the world's leading producers of video ads for TikTok and Reels, is searching for a talented Technical Project Manager to be the crucial link between our creative team and our development team. You will work directly with the CTO.

What You’ll Do

Daily Comms, Troubleshooting, and Bug Fixes. You'll be the primary point of contact between our internal production & creative teams and our external development team. You'll facilitate daily communication and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding bug fixes, technical support, and urgent feature requests.
Launch New Features from Spec to Release. You'll work closely with our CTO to translate high-level ideas into detailed, implementable specs for new medium-to-large features. You’ll work with the development team to see these features through to release.

Experienced Juggler. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects and priorities with ease.
Technical Fluency. You have a strong understanding of software development and can communicate effectively with developers.
Product Intuition. When something in the product isn’t working as well as it could, it bothers you and you can see a better way.
You Think Things Through. You can take an idea for a feature, understand all of the parts of the product that it touches, and create written specifications + mockups that put the big idea front and center while addressing all of the details.

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English
Evening & weekend availability for urgent issues
Legal ability to work as independent contractor and accept international payments
