Technical Project Manager
full-time position | Belgrade office (Serbia)
Your Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle project management accountability from initiation to closure and ensuring that all activities are delivered on time within scope and budget
- Lead and oversee the implementation of the IPS product portfolio related to Asset Performance Management, Outage Management and Asset Investment Planning according to the defined plan and the company’s project methodology
- Manage the development of the IPS system concept and design according to industry standards
- Responsible for monitoring the complete technical aspects of the project and defining corrective measures
- Transform the business requirements into technical requirements documents (Requirements Engineering)
- Lead requirements-gathering activities, ensuring you and the user/business community agree on what you plan to deliver and regularly groom the backlog to ensure the appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time
- Manage client relationships and preparation of documents to inform the architectural designs and proposals
- Develop customer relationships and aid in identifying additional sales opportunities
- Work with subject matter experts, support user training and knowledge transfer
- Support and train end-users, integration partners, and other team members
- Manage team responsibilities, workload distribution and control project deliverables
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation following the IPS implementation methodology
- Act as the single point of contact for all projects, provide status updates and reports for all stakeholders
Your Energy
- Demonstrable experience working as a Technical Project Manager or similar with a successful implementation of all project lifecycle phases
- University degree in engineering and/or economic education or equivalent experience in enterprise application implementations
- Ability to familiarize with the IPS system applications, architecture and understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Good understanding of transmission and distribution systems is an asset
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proactive, problem-solving oriented, independent
- Demonstrable ability to work with stakeholders and influence at all levels
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project delivery
- Experience with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- Project management qualification/certification (eg, PMP/PMI/etc.) is an asset
