Location: Belgrade, New Town
Work Pattern: Hybrid – ideally 3 days a week on site.

About the team and the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our new office in Belgrade. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading technical projects, guiding and advising teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, applications, application architectures and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement application and infrastructure solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Tech Lead role, having previously managed and mentored colleagues.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET and C#. Practical experience in the SOLID principles in object-oriented development. Proficiency in design patterns.
• Front-End Technologies – CSS, HTML, JavaScript to change copy, align fonts, elements, make the UI look consistent.
• A good understanding of the AWS Cloud is required.
• Applicant must have Oracle and SQL experience and be used to dealing with large datasets and/or real time information.
