We are looking for:

Test Developer

Due to expansion of services, new clients and challenges we are looking for Medior/Senior Test Developer with knowledge of structured testing and experience (2+ years) in testing of web applications. The candidate should have an eye for quality and reliability of delivered products and ability to explore technology developments in the area of software testing.

We are looking for test developer having following skills:

• University degree in engineering or computer science
• Technical knowledge of testing methodologies, design and implementation (2 + years of experience)
• Basic experience in Business-Driven, Risk Based Test Methodologies (TMap, Compuware Quality Point, etc) or other formal methodologies and processes
• Experience in leading software testing teams
• Experience using automated testing tools, preferable Selenium
• Working experience with client-server and web architectures
• Theoretical knowledge in OOP
• Basic understanding of software development principles
• Proven testing and analytical skills
• Communicative, pro-active
• Self-motivated, creative, open-minded and loyal
• Strong team orientation
• Knowledge of English on B2-C1 level (Common European Framework) or higher

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to test engineers for the implementation of software testing
• Defines, develops and executes test engineering tasks, that include reviewing product requirements and analysis, executing test plans and test cases, monitoring and analyzing test results, collecting and reporting QA metrics
• Creation of test cases (including automated tests) and test scripts
• Execution of different  test types (functional test, load test, stress test, regression test, etc)
• Usage of test tools to increase effectiveness of the testing processes, reducing the costs of testing, and increasing quality at the same time
• Creation of test data
• Assisting developers in re-creating defects as needed
• Executing testing in an ad-hoc manner when required
• Executing manual test scripts as needed
• Reporting bugs to the involved person in a meaningful form
