UI/UX Designer for Custom ERP Web & Mobile App

We’re Philadelphia Truck Parts, a fast-growing heavy-duty semi-truck parts company based in the USA. We're building a powerful custom ERP system designed specifically for our operations — including inventory, warehouse management, POS, core handling, CRM,B2B,B2C, purchasing,HR ,vehicle maintenance, and more.

We already have a capable development team in place — what we’re missing is a true design expert. Our UI/UX needs a serious upgrade to make the system modern, intuitive, and easy for real-world users

What We’re Looking For:

A high-level UI/UX Designer (or small design-focused team) who can:

• Take full ownership of the design system
• Redesign our ERP software to be clean, modern, and easy to use
• Optimize workflows for warehouse staff, sales reps, and admin teams
• Design both web interfaces and mobile-responsive layouts
• Deliver practical, developer-friendly files (Figma, XD, etc.)

You’ll be working closely with our in-house development team, who will implement your designs.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience designing large, complex software systems or dashboards
• Strong portfolio with clean UI, clear UX, and real-world usability
• Web & mobile app layout experience
• Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• UX workflow thinking (not just pretty screens)
• Bonus if you have experience with inventory, POS, or ERP-related apps
• Familiarity with B2B, logistics, or industrial software design
• Can advise on transitions, animations, or behavior logic
• Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/React or Vue knowledge for smoother hand-off)
