UX Designer Lead

UX Designer Lead

to join our growing team in Belgrade

EZDERM provides Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management System (PMS) addressing the dermatology healthcare market. From patient intake and clinical documentation to calculating and collecting payments, EZDERM offers efficient modules and workflows as part of their product offering. As we are growing we are seeking an experienced User Experience Design Lead that has a passion for solving problems and designing solutions that user’s will love to use.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall user experience for EZDerm IOS App and Web Portal.
• Responsible for creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, Findability).
• Responsible for research and understanding customer needs and wants.
• Responsible for overall layout, flow, and interactivity of the product.
• Responsible for conducting user research based on personas, testing prototypes with users, and adjusting designs based on feedback.
• Collaborating with the development team to create intuitive, user friendly software.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a proven UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficient in design software such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• An understanding of user-centered design principles.
• The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus not a requirement.
