AI Systems & Integration Engineer (Senior/Mid-level)

ValueShore is seeking an AI Systems & Integration Engineer to build advanced AI agent solutions for our customers. You'll join our skilled technical team to create intelligent workflows that enhance productivity and provide valuable insights through our products and services. The team is international, so what we need is a team player that can work and thrive in a diverse culture, where the main working language is English.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents with natural language capabilities
• Design and develop frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Create seamless integrations between AI systems and customer platforms
• Build robust data pipelines for efficient information processing
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Develop real-time audio/video communication solutions
• Configure and integrate SIP/Asterisk telephony systems
• Automate workflows to streamline customer operations
• Collaborate with our existing team of AI and integration specialists

Technical Requirements

• Strong development skills in Python (FastAPI/Uvicorn) and/or TypeScript for Node.js backend services
• Knowledge of vector database implementation and optimization
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools, particularly n8n
• Experience implementing WebRTC, WebSockets, and real-time audio/video chat applications
• Familiarity with SIP protocols and Asterisk PBX configuration
• Comprehensive experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem, including model fine-tuning, distillation, and working with datasets for training and evaluation
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM integration
• Real-time communication and speech technology implementation
• API development and integration expertise

Education:

Formal training or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field is preferred, but experience and a proven track record counts just as much, so please also apply if you do not hold a degree.
