Why Are We Hiring?
To meet the growing needs of our clients and to enhance our support capabilities, we are hiring Integration Specialists who will:
- Provide technical support to existing clients
- Onboard new clients, understand their requirements and create automation workflows to help them run their business
- Determine system requirements of a merchant and suggest/provide appropriate integration solutions as required.
- Manage multiple implementations/projects based on scope and size as needed.
- Manage the pipeline of integrating merchants to meet personal and team targets.
- Communicate daily with other teams for efficient information exchange.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for motivated candidates who:
- Possess solid knowledge of information technology
- Have the ability to clearly and precisely communicate technical aspects of systems in English, especially in written form
- Are willing to dedicate themselves during the initial paid training period (and afterward) to gaining a thorough understanding of various e-business systems, their interactions, and methods of integration

- Salary based on assessed competency levels:
- For candidates without previous work experience:
- 600 EUR net during the training period
- 800-1,000 EUR net after training and assuming specific operational responsibilities
- For candidates with previous relevant work experience:
- Competitive salary based on assessed competency levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of web application development and functionality concepts
- Previous experience in providing technical support
- Experience with e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
- Experience using basic tools that support software development (e.g., git, docker)
The Procedure
After receiving applications, we will conduct an initial selection of candidates and send an online form to those who pass the first screening. The results of the first selection round will be communicated to other candidates in a timely manner.
Candidates who pass to the final selection, will be called on an online interview.
