We seek an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the production process across product, design, and development teams. You will ensure each slot game project is delivered on time, according to specifications, and optimised for performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and experience in the gaming or iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for each game, ensuring alignment across product, design, and development teams.
- Keep a close eye on all aspects of game production to guarantee that each element meets the required quality, technical standards, and project brief.
- Monitor and analyse game performance metrics, working closely with the development team to identify areas for improvement and enhance player experience.
- Ensure every aspect of production aligns with brand standards and player expectations, paying close attention to game mechanics, visuals, and performance.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to provide guidance during production, troubleshoot issues, and support the development team with best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, regularly updating them on project status and addressing any issues or risks.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, optimise resources, and increase efficiency in the production pipeline.
- Proactively identify potential risks in the delivery process and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a delivery manager, project manager, or in a similar role in the gaming, iGaming, or tech industry.
- Strong background in game production, ideally with experience in online slot or casino games.
- Excellent project management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with game optimisation techniques, including performance monitoring and improvement.
- Solid technical knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
