QA Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, improve processes, and deliver top-notch solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Perform regression, performance, and security testing as required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Continuously enhance testing strategies and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed testing reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Manage communication and interaction with customer User Acceptance Testing Team – manage release notes, defects and other communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Tester or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and processes.
