Enlight Engineering recently changed its name from "Enlight IT" to "Enlight Engineering". Can you tell us about the reason behind the rebranding?
Ivan: The reason behind the rebranding was to better reflect our company's true identity. We have always been an engineering company at heart, and our approach to problem-solving is much more than just IT. We wanted our name to symbolize our culture, which is focused on creating innovative solutions for our clients.
Petko: I think it's important to note that this change isn't just about a name. It's about a mindset. We are an engineering company that values creativity, problem-solving, and analytics. We want our name to reflect that, and we believe "Enlight Engineering" does just that.
What does the term "engineering" mean to Enlight Engineering?
Ivan: To us, engineering means taking a comprehensive approach to problem-solving. We look at every aspect of a problem, from the technical details to the business objectives, to come up with the best solution for our clients.
Petko: It's also about having a deep understanding of the technologies we work with and being able to use them creatively to solve problems.
How does the new name reflect your company culture and approach to problem-solving?
Ivan: The new name reflects our culture because it puts engineering at the forefront. We are proud to be an engineering company that values innovation and creative problem-solving.
Petko: We also believe that the new name helps us stand out in a crowded market. It shows that we are not just another IT company, but an engineering company that offers a unique and comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
Can you tell us about the legal names of the Enlight Engineering brand in Serbia and Switzerland?"
Ivan: "In Switzerland, our legal name is "Enlight Engineering AG".
Petko Milidragović: "In Serbia, our legal name is "Enlight Engineering LLC".
What kind of impact do you think this rebranding will have on your clients?
Ivan: We believe that this rebranding will help us better communicate our value proposition to our clients. It will show them that we are an engineering company that offers a unique and comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
Petko: We also believe that this rebranding will help us attract new clients who are looking for a partner that can help them solve complex problems in innovative ways.
