A formal review process once a quarter that does not affect anything. You can suddenly be moved to another project without really asking for your opinion. There are not many offline corporate events.

Regruteri su bili dobro placeni, dok su talent sourcer-i bili placeni drasticno manje. Imaju i dobru bonus shemu za regrutere, te plata moze biti i veca znatno.

Menadzeri su vecinom iz Rusije, sto nije problem samo po sebi naravno, vec cinjenica da im je engleski jezik bio jako los, te smo zaista imali nepotrebno duge sastanke i koristili google translate kako bi se sporazumeli. Takodje, jako je tesko doci do bonusa obzirom da kada aktivno imamo kandidate koji prolaze krugove, pozicija se samo naprasno ugasi, a razlog je jednostavno "testiranje trzista". Sto nismo smeli da govorimo kandidatima. Nisu fleksibilni generalno, govorili su da HR intervju treba da traje najvise 15min, dok to nije realno ozbirom da kandidati imaju legitimnih pitanja i interesovanja, kao i da su konstantni prekovremeni sati normalna stvar, ali to je bio njihov princip rada i drze se toga cvrsto.
