Banking Software Support Specialist

About your role

As Support Specialist in our Banking Support 1st Line Team, your will be involved in:

• Handling reported customer requests, providing appropriate level of customer support, maintaining regular communicate with customer during requests resolution process
• Analyzing customer request for Bi Card module
• Recording and updating additional descriptions and request solutions for later usage through knowledge base to contribute to the team knowledge and service improvement
• Creating test verification scenarios, testing of the solutions and simulations of the issues reported by the customers
• Preparing and conducting trainings for customers regarding usage of banking solutions 

About you

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience within the area of Bi Card
• You hold university degree - economy field (preferable in finance, banking, informatics and quantitative finance or accounting)
• You have expertise banking processes
• You have experience in testing
• You have experience supporting and troubleshooting complex applications
• You are knowledgeable in regulations and processes in banking
• You have knowledge of Bi Card module
