We are looking for a creative and innovative member for our Business Development and Operations team to complement and support our business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Community Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) covering B2B and B2C audiences.
- Create and curate engaging content (Copy&Design) to grow our audience and increase engagement.
- Create and edit short video content.
- Build and nurture relationships with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering engagement, manage reputation across platforms, assuring constant community growth.
- Identify and develop cross-promotion collaborations to extend reach and engagement.
Paid Campaigns & Event Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Organize, plan and execute participation and BTL activations in industry related events (online and offline).
Website Management & SEO
- Maintain and update website content using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Email Marketing & Analytics
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
- Manage and implement tracking website events and improve data accuracy.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Tools, set up and monitor goals, conversion tracking, and performance reports to improve ROI and decision-making.
Department Collaboration
- Participate in overall business development and operations activities, including support in Sales, HR, and Talent Acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing management.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong experience in social media management and community building.
- Content creation (familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional copywriting skills, particularly in blog writing, PR materials, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g. Elementor, Wordpress, Divi).
- Video editing skills with experience in tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Filmora etc.
Nice to now
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Google marketing tools.
- Managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing automation tools such as MailChimp, Zoho, HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign success.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiar with Employer Branding strategies.
