• Hiring location: Serbia,Belgrade
• Employment type: Full-time position through employment contract. 
• Requirement: Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia
• Work setup: Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade

At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. For our Two rivers studio we’re searching for talented Senior Concept Artists based in Belgrade who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines. 

What You Will Do

• Work closely with Producers, Game Designers, and the Art Team to define and develop the visual direction for new game concepts.
• Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, symbols, UI elements, and other visual assets for new game titles.
• Explore multiple visual directions through sketches, thumbnails, mood boards, and visual research.
• Produce polished concept illustrations that serve as visual guides for production artists throughout the development process.
• Design concepts with animation, gameplay, and technical implementation in mind, ensuring assets are both visually compelling and production ready.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, developers, and product managers to iterate visual ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure designs align with artistic, technical, and production requirements.
• Propose creative and practical solutions for game assets while working within established artistic, technical, and production guidelines.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style and high artistic quality across all game assets.

Must-Haves

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
• Strong concept art portfolio demonstrates visual development, ideation, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent drawing, composition, color, lighting, anatomy, perspective, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of game art production pipelines and technical constraints.
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership of visual solutions.
• Passion for game development.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of 2D animation principles and the ability to create or effectively communicate animation concepts.
• Experience in game development.
• Experience working with Unity or other game engines.
• Knowledge of Blender, Maya, or other 3D software to support concept development.
• Experience creating storyboards, motion studies, or simple 2D animations.
• Experience working across multiple visual styles.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and their application in concept development.
