About the role
The Delivery Manager at Codetribe is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication with internal teams and clients. The Delivery Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and client expectations. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery process.
What you will do
- Coordination of internal resources, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring that all project goals are met and projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead risk management efforts, identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project requirements and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met
- Ensure project deliverables meet both customer requirements and internal specifications, maintaining high-quality standards
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to improve project processes and implement best practices
- Lead the product backlog management process, ensuring that tickets are created, and prioritized and that the development team has a clear path forward
- Conduct regular retrospectives and process reviews to drive continuous improvement in project delivery
- Manage internal product development when needed
- Contribute to the upsell of Codetribe resources on ongoing projects
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in project management and delivery, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ability to navigate client relationships with tact and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
- Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
