Digital Analyst - Ifolor Team

Ifolor is active in 15 countries and is the market leader in Switzerland and Finland.

Together we are looking for a:

Digital Analyst

to be a key player in the journey of optimizing the digital landscape, including both our website and mobile applications, and provide actionable insights that bridge the gap between our development, data, marketing, and UX teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement and manage tracking and routing concepts using Mapp Intelligence and Google Tag Manager across Ifolor’s digital platforms
• Work closely with the engineering team to integrate analytics into our applications, ensuring precise data collection for informed decision-making
• Utilize VWO to support A/B testing for the development of new features, enhancing user experience and product functionality
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within Ifolor, including marketing, development, and UX teams, to align data-driven strategies with business goals
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform cross-functional teams and support marketing and UX initiatives

Your profile:

• Proven experience with tools such as Google Analytics, and Mapp Intelligence, with a strong understanding of its implementation in both web and app environments.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and their application in feature development.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and how data analytics supports marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across different teams and disciplines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
