Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in design.
- Extensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attention to detail: Precision in layout, typography, and color usage, ensuring consistency and quality across all design elements.
- Understanding of design trends: Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, styles, and techniques.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback and a willingness to revise work to achieve the best results.
- Knowledge of print and digital design: Understanding of the technical aspects of print production and digital media, ensuring designs are optimized for various formats.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within scope.
- Continuously explore new design techniques, tools and methods to enhance the quality and impact of visual communications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize original ideas and translate them into visually compelling designs.
