IT Engineer

Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

ON-SITE, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

We are looking for: IT Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for the company's daily helpdesk technical support work, as well as the installation of PC operating systems and commonly used office software.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance, and routine inspection of the company's computer room network equipment and servers.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's network, ensuring the normal operation of the employee office network.
• Responsible for the procurement, management records, updating, and maintenance of the company's IT fixed assets.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance, and routine inspection of the company's conference rooms, video conferencing equipment, PCs, printers, attendance machines, telephones, surveillance equipment, and other related devices to ensure their normal operation.

Requirements and preferable skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in daily helpdesk technical support work, as well as the installation of PC operating systems.
• Familiar with ERP, EIP, BPM, eHR, CRM (Sales force), OA and other enterprise information systems.
• Good learning and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
